Water Meters Are Here!

A water meter will be required in every property serviced by the City of Kamloops. Upon receipt of your information booklet sent by Neptune, you will have two weeks to schedule an installation appointment. This is a mandatory Universal Metering Program with approximately 7,000 water meters being installed in your area.

The meters will be installed on an area-by-area basis and you will be receiving a booklet outlining the details of this program when installers are in your area.
